1 General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," "you") and niceph 25 ("we," "us," "the Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the niceph 25 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
niceph 25 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed specifically for players in the Philippines. The platform offers a range of products including sports betting, esports betting, casino games, poker, bingo, slots, and Sabong. All products are governed by these Terms unless specific product rules state otherwise.
These Terms apply to all interactions with niceph 25, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus redemption, and participation in any promotional activity. Using any part of the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account.

2 Eligibility
To register and maintain an account on niceph 25, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. niceph 25 does not permit persons under 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on the platform.
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming platforms is legal. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of niceph 25 is lawful in your location.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the niceph 25 platform or any affiliated platform.

niceph 25 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and the witholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
3 Your Account
3.1 One Account Person
Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account on niceph 25. Opening duplicate accounts, whether in your own name or under a different name, is strictly prohibited. If niceph 25 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same person, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any winnings acrued across those accounts may be voided.
3.2 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your membership. This includes your legal name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information. niceph 25 uses this information to verify your identity and process transactions. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PINs with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact niceph 25 support immediately. The platform is not liable for losses resulting from you sharing your credentials or failing to keep them secure.
3.4 Account Closure
You may request to close your niceph 25 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before an account is closed, any outstanding withdrawals will be processed and any active bonus balances will be forfeited. niceph 25 may also close or suspend accounts at its discretion if Terms violations are detected.
4 Deposits
niceph 25 accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-volume deposits may trigger additional verification procedures. Deposits via GCash and Maya are processed instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically complete within one business hour, while PESONet transfers may take up to one business day.
Important: niceph 25 only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members or friends — will be refunded and may trigger a compliance review of your account.
niceph 25 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges depending on the transaction type. Please check with your bank or e-wallet provider for details on any applicable fees.
5 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the Cashier section of your niceph 25 account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
niceph 25 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. Before your first withdrawal is approved, identity verification must be completed. This typically requires a government-issued ID and may include proof of payment method ownership.
5.1 Withdrawal Conditions
- Any active bonus funds must be rolled over according to the applicable wagering requirement before the associated deposit becomes eligible for withdrawal.
- Withdrawals will not be processed to payment accounts that are not registered in the Member's own name.
- niceph 25 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if a compliance or security review is in progress on an account.
- In the event of a technical error that resulted in an incorrect account credit, niceph 25 reserves the right to reverse that credit even if a withdrawal has already been requested.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
niceph 25 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion on the platform. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — meaning you must bet a specified multiple of the bonus amount before any associated winings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
6.2 Game Contributions
Different game types contribute different percentages toward meeting a wagering requirement. Sports betting and live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than standard slots. The exact contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
niceph 25 operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets on opposing outcomes to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements ("arbitrage"), or any other strategy that niceph 25 determines is designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage with the platform in good faith. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses may haveuses voided and account privileges restricted.
Bonuses are optional. You can request to opt out of receiving bonuses by contacting the niceph 25 support team, in which case deposits and withdrawals will be processed without bonus restrictions.
7 Sports and Esports Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports and esports bets placed on niceph 25. Product-specific rules for individual sports or competitions are published in the relevant betting sections of the platform.
7.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets are subject to acceptance by niceph 25. The platform reserves the right to decline any bet or limit the maximum stake on any market at its discretion. A bet is only confirmed when you receive a written confirmation on your bet slip. Verbal or chat-based acknowledgements do not constitute confirmed bets.
7.2 Odds Changes
Odds are subject to change at any time up to the moment a bet is confirmed. If an odds change occurs while you are in the process of placing a bet, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
7.3 Postponed and Abandoned Events
If a sporting event is postponed and rescheduled to take place within 48 hours of the original kick-off or tip-off time, bets generally remain valid. If an event is postponed beyond 48 hours or abandoned entirely, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Specific exceptions apply to certain markets and are detailed in the relevant product rules.
7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
The minimum bet across all sports and esports markets on niceph 25 is ₱50. Maximum stakes vary by market, event significance, and account history. Maximum limits are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm any wager.
7.5 Palpable Errors
If niceph 25 publishes odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — for example, odds that bear no reasonable relationship to the true probability of an outcome — the platform reserves the right to void bets placed at those eroneous odds, even after settlement.
8 Casino Games and RNG
All casino games available on niceph 25 — including slots, poker, bingo, live dealer games, and virtual Sabong — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently of player activity, account balance, or any other factor. Results cannot be manipulated by the platform or by any third party.
Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game session is interrupted due to a technical fault on the niceph 25 platform before a result is determined, the stake will be returned to your account. If the fault occurs after a result is determined but before it is displayed, the determined result stands and will be credited or debited accordingly once the session is restored.
Live dealer game results are governed by the rules of the respective game as presented by the dealer. In the event of a dispute, the live stream recording serves as the definitive record.
9 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on niceph 25 and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referal to relevant authorities:

- Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.

11 Intellectual Property
All content on the niceph 25 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game designs, software code, and the overall look and feel of the site — is the property of niceph 25 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express written permission of niceph 25.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, niceph 25 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or losses resulting from technicalaults, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment processing delays.
niceph 25's total liability to any Member for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While niceph 25 makes reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occasionally affect availability.
13 Amendments to These Terms
niceph 25 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Members via the email address on file and post a notice on the platform at least seven days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

14 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the niceph 25 platform, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
In the event of a dispute between you and niceph 25, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Most account and payment issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If an informal resolution is not achievable, formal dispute resolution processes will be conducted in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
